FAQ
Straight answers, before you ask.
Do you need a licence to provide these services?+
Our services are defined to exclude regulated activity. We do not operate gaming, maintain books of account, prepare financial statements, provide corporate or fiduciary administrative services, handle funds, perform compliance functions or supply personnel. Each service on this site carries a written scope limitation setting out precisely what it excludes, and those limitations are repeated in our contracts.
Why is your service list so narrow?+
Deliberately. Every service we could have added — bookkeeping, compliance support, payroll, corporate administration — sits inside a regulated perimeter in Cyprus or elsewhere. Rather than offer them on an uncertain basis, we excluded them and refer clients to licensed firms. A narrow scope you can rely on is worth more than a broad one you cannot.
Can you do our bookkeeping?+
No. Maintaining ledgers and preparing accounts is accountancy work requiring a practising certificate. We provide reconciliation and financial data processing, and deliver the output to your accountant as source material. We are happy to work alongside your existing accountant, and can refer you to licensed firms if you need one.
Can you handle our compliance administration?+
No. We do not perform or support compliance functions. The distinction between supporting a compliance function and performing one is too easily argued the wrong way, and the consequences fall on you as licensee. We excluded it entirely.
Do you access player data or player accounts?+
No. Our services do not require access to player accounts or player personal data, and our scope excludes them. Where reporting derives from player activity, we work only with aggregated or anonymised data supplied by you.
Do you handle funds?+
No. We have no access to, control over, or signing authority for any account. We do not initiate, authorise or execute payments. We are not a payment institution.
Do you provide company formation, directors, company secretary or registered office services?+
No. Those are regulated administrative services in Cyprus under Law 196(I)/2012 and are entirely outside our scope. We refer clients to licensed administrative service providers, law firms or accountancy firms.
Can you work with operators licensed outside the EU?+
Yes, subject to due diligence. We onboard only after sanctions screening and identification of beneficial ownership, and contract only with operators who warrant they are properly licensed for every market they serve.
Will our regulator need to be told we use you?+
Possibly. Several gaming regulators require licensees to notify or obtain approval for material or critical outsourcing, and the classification depends on your jurisdiction and the function. The obligation is yours as licensee. We raise it at scoping and supply whatever documentation your regulator requires.
