Scope and exclusion definition
Written confirmation of what transfers and what does not, including all applicable scope limitations. Forms part of the contract.

Due diligence, both directions
You assess us as a vendor. We complete client due diligence and sanctions screening. Both are conditions precedent.

Documentation and access
Structured handover, access under your permissions model, data processing agreement executed.

Parallel running
We run alongside your existing process, outputs are compared, discrepancies resolved before transition completes.

Transition and review
Handover with agreed cadence, escalation routes, named contacts, scheduled service reviews.
